Safety First

Please read the following regulations before your reservation

Untitled

- Please make sure to message me with an ETA for Check ins and check outs. I plan my days with the  dog's activities and my daily chores  around these scheduled arrival and departure times.

- Please make sure to wait your turn for drop offs and pick ups. The reception office is quite small so to avoid any conflict one at a time is best.

If there is another dog parent in the driveway, please wait in your vehicle until they have left.  Once they are gone please come into the office and I’ll be with you shortly. I am usually taking a few seconds to make sure that all guests are safe to be left alone for a few minutes before I speak with you.

- Please DO NOT enter any doors that are in the office without an invitation to do so. This is very important for my guests safety.

-  After I have everything I need for your pets stay, I ask that you do not return  to your dog to say good bye.  It is best for them and us, if you say your farewells on the drive here, or while you are at home. We know it can be tough to leave your babies, especially for the first time, but we assure you that lingering will only make it harder for them.

-If you are picking up your dog and I need a minute to gather their things, please stay away from the fences and stick to the office or porch.  This will help to keep our other guests calm.

-Please do not approach any dog that is with us (Mandy the Newfoundland is an exception 😉) All of the dogs who are here know that we are their caretakers, anyone else is a stranger to them and approaching them can cause an unwanted reaction.

-We are more than happy to offer scheduled tours of our facility at your request.

Our job is to keep you, your dogs, and our other guests safe in our care.

Our place is welcoming and friendly, but please remember that we are still a business with live animals, and letting yourself in to restricted areas  or approaching dogs may have unfortunate consequences.

Safety is always our #1 concern.
